Scope and Purpose of Service

Intermediation role and operational coordination

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship and the use of services coordinated, arranged, and offered by Ángela Fresia — Operaciones y Alianzas Estratégicas (Operations & Strategic Alliances), domiciled in Lima, Peru.

Our business activities encompass comprehensive travel advisory, custom itinerary design, professional intermediation, and operational logistics for tourism and corporate travel, including:

  • Private Transfers and Event Shuttles: Executive passenger mobility, airport-hotel transfers, urban circuits, and specialized transportation for mass concerts and stadium events (e.g., Estadio San Marcos, Estadio Nacional, Arena 1).
  • Lodging Management: Room block holds and confirmed reservations at carefully vetted hotels, boutique accommodations, and corporate executive apartments meeting high standards of safety and comfort.
  • Flights and Connections: Search, booking, and administrative management of domestic and international air tickets through accredited, certified operators.
  • Gastronomic and Cultural Experiences: Tailored culinary tours across Lima, curated excursions to leading Peruvian destinations, and exclusive partner experiences.

By requesting a formal quote, submitting an advance payment, or confirming a booking through any of our official channels (WhatsApp, email, or web forms), the client fully, knowingly, and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.

02

Quotation Process and Booking Confirmation

Proposal validity, seat allocations, and formalization

Every booking request is handled on a personalized basis by Ángela Fresia via WhatsApp Business (+51 981 563 235) or verified digital communication channels.

  • Temporal Validity of Quotations: Owing to dynamic market pricing and fluctuating availability across airlines, hotels, and transport carriers, all quotations possess a limited validity window (typically 24 to 48 hours, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing).
  • Inventory and Seat Holds: A quotation does not constitute a confirmed reservation nor does it lock in seat availability or hotel rooms until the receipt of the corresponding deposit or full payment has been formally validated.
  • Formal Booking Confirmation: A reservation is finalized and binding once the customer delivers a valid proof of payment and subsequently receives from Ángela Fresia an official written itinerary confirmation outlining the full particulars of the allocated service.
03

Rates, Currencies, and Payment Terms

Secure, compliant, and transparent transaction mechanisms

All prices are denominated and quoted in Peruvian Soles (PEN) or United States Dollars (USD), as clearly specified in the customer's personalized quotation.

Authorized Payment Channels

• Local Peruvian Bank Transfers: BCP (Banco de Crédito del Perú), BBVA, Interbank, Scotiabank.
• Mobile Digital Wallets: Yape and Plin (within transaction limits authorized by each platform).
• International Wire Transfers and Payment Gateways: Available upon prior coordination; applicable banking fees, international wire charges, or card processing commissions must be assumed by the sender.
• Official Receipts: In compliance with Peruvian tax legislation (SUNAT), electronic sales receipts (boletas de venta or facturas electrónicas) are issued for all completed transactions.

For installment plans or reservations secured with an initial down payment, the outstanding balance must be settled in full by the designated deadline indicated on the confirmation. Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the due date entitles Ángela Fresia to cancel the reservation, with forfeiture of the initial deposit as liquidated damages for administrative overhead and inventory lock-up.

04

Special Terms: Mass Event Shuttles (BTS in Lima)

Exclusive logistics, schedules, and meeting points

For major entertainment and stadium events—such as the BTS concert in Lima (Estadio San Marcos) or comparable large-scale events in the capital—strict operational guidelines apply to guarantee the punctuality, safety, and well-being of all passengers:

  • Strict Meeting Points and Departure Schedules: Designated pick-up locations (e.g., Miraflores, San Isidro, Santiago de Surco, Jorge Chávez International Airport) and scheduled departures to the stadium venue are communicated in advance via each passenger's digital Boarding Pass. Passengers must arrive at their designated point at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
  • Secure Post-Concert Return: The designated rendezvous point for the return departure from Estadio San Marcos features a maximum grace period of 45 minutes counted from the conclusion of the concert. Once this window elapses, the transport vehicle will commence its scheduled route to safeguard the security and schedule of all other passengers on board.
  • Personal and Nominative Seats: Every seat on the VIP Shuttle is registered under a specific nominal passenger name. If a traveler is unable to attend, the ticket may be transferred to a third party provided Ángela Fresia receives written notification at least 72 hours prior to the event.
  • Personal Belongings and Tour Merchandise: Each passenger retains sole custody and responsibility for their personal possessions, concert merchandise, and valuables inside the vehicle. Neither the coordinator nor the carrier assumes liability for items misplaced, lost, or unattended inside concert venues or external crowded perimeters.
05

Private Transfers and Regular Accommodations

Certified fleets, professional chauffeurs, and hotel regulations

Private Airport and Urban Transfers: All coordinating transport vehicles maintain up-to-date technical inspection certificates, mandatory SOAT insurance coverage, official authorization from the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) / Urban Transportation Authority for Lima and Callao (ATU), and licensed, background-checked professional chauffeurs. Airport pick-ups include live flight tracking; standard airline flight delays are accommodated without supplementary surcharges.

Accommodations and Hotel Bookings: Standard check-in times (generally from 14:00 or 15:00 hrs) and check-out times (11:00 or 12:00 hrs) are governed strictly by each lodging facility's internal policies. Requests for early check-in or late check-out remain strictly subject to hotel room availability and may incur supplemental charges billed directly by the hotel operator.

06
